Go to https://developers.line.biz and set up a business account. Sign in with your usual Line account and proceed to create a business account.
Click on "Create a new provider"

Click on "Create a Messaging API channel"
Click on "Select a channel type"
Click on "Select a provider"
Select "Country"
Create a "Channel name"
Enter a "Channel description"
Select a "Category"
Click on "Select a subcategory"
The email address should auto-populate.
Click on "Create" (Agree to T of C and API Terms of Use)
Click on "OK"
Messaging app created.
Add basic settings
Copy "Channel ID"
Click on "LINE Channel ID"
Paste into "LINE Channel ID"
Copy "Channel name"
Paste into "Channel Name"
Copy "Channel secret"
Paste into "Line Channel Secret"
Click on "U925ff289ef2c6efd4cbf8d5bf12fc51e"
Click on "Your user ID"
Copy "Your user ID"
Paste into "Line User ID"
Create Line channel Access Token
Click on "Messaging API"
Scroll down.
Click on "Issue" to create a Channel access token.
copy "Channel access token"
Paste into "Line Channel Access Token"
Create Line Channel
Click on "Create Line Channel"
Line Channel created.
Add Webhook
Click on "Next"
Click on "Next"
Copy "Callback URL"
Scroll up.
Click on "Edit"
Paste into "Webhook URL"
Click on "Update"
Click on "Verify"
Click on "OK"
Task completed.
Check
Refresh the SMS-iT platform before checking. Ctrl + F5 to hard reset.
Click on "Inbox"
Line has been added to your Smart Inbox.
