Google Business Profile Connect to SMS-iT Smart Inbox
Navigate to https://aicpanel.smsit.ai/home
Click on "Quick Links"
Click on "Smart Inbox"
Click on "Google My Business"
Click on "Next"
We will fill in this info now.
Create a Google Partner Account
Click on "Create partner account"
Fill in Your name, Partner name, Partner website, and Region.
Click on "Create"
Create Agent
Click on "add"
Fill in Brand name and Agent name.
Click on "Create agent"
Close Bot enabled pop-up.
Partner ID
Click on the new agent you created.
Click on "Group"
copy "Partner ID"
Click on "Create Google Business"
Add Agent ID and Brand ID
Click on "Business Communications"
Click on your new agent account.
Copy Brand ID
Paste into "Brand ID"
Copy "Agent ID".
Paste into "Agent ID"
Add Webhook
Click on "Integrations"
Click on "Disable" Helper Bot.
Click on "Disable"
Click on "Configure"
Paste: https://aicpanel.smsit.ai/gmybusiness/callback into "Webhook endpoint URL"
Create a new client token by clicking on the arrow icon. (Note: You do not need to remember your client token)
Click on "Verify"
Webhook created.
Link your Google Business Channel.
Click on "Create Google Business "
Channel created.
Confirm settings
Please refresh the SMS-iT platform before continuing. Ctrl + F5 0r simply refresh.
Click on "Inbox"
You should see your settings.
