Ytel connect to SMS-iT platform

Ytel.com is a gateway provider. Before using SMS and MMS services, you must complete a 10DLC registration. However, you can utilize the voice capabilities immediately. This guide will demonstrate a simple API connection to help you get started.

Create API Token

Adding a number from the SMS-iT platform.

You can add a number from the SMS-iT platform. However, if a certain feature isn't available in the Ytel system, it will not let you buy a number. For instance, if you choose an SMS number and there are no numbers available in the Ytel system, it will say "not available." Therefore, please check for availability first before adding a number. The advantage of adding a number in the SMS-iT platform is that it will auto-populate the appropriate fields in the Ytel platform

You can verify that your numbers are working properly by either sending a text or making a call. Remember, for texting, you'll need to have your 10DLC registration completed first before you can send a text.
