Exact Match (Case Sensitive): This option matches the exact word or phrase entered by the customer, considering the letter case. Exact Match (Case Insensitive): Similar to the previous option, this match disregards letter case, ensuring flexibility in customer inputs. Contains the Message: Respond-iT identifies customer messages containing the specified word or phrase, facilitating efficient response to relevant inquiries. Matches the Regular Expression: For advanced users, this option allows defining custom patterns using regular expressions to accurately filter customer messages.

Use Cases:
