Smart Inbox: Sending a Text
Let's start by sending a simple text message.
Choose your sending number from the pull-down menu. The selected number becomes "Sticky," ensuring seamless communication. When you return to the inbox for that customer, the system remembers the previous texts' number for a smooth experience.
Compose your message and click "Send Message."
Your message appears in the inbox as a sent message.

Omni-Channel Communication
Click on Social Network Channel
You'll discover all the channels available for communicating with your customers. To add a new channel click on "Inbox"
