Make a Call
Navigate to https://aicpanel.smsit.ai/home
To place a call in SMS-iT, ensure you have a phone number registered in the system. If you don't have one yet, refer to guides for integrating your SIM card, connecting your SMS gateway, purchasing a cloud number, or linking your SMPP server (Note: SMPP is unavailable in the US, Canada, and some other countries; check availability in your region).
Click on the + icon
Click on "Make a Call"
Click on "Select from number" to choose the number from your system that you want to use to make the call. This option allows you to designate the specific number that will appear as the caller ID when making outgoing calls from the SMS-iT platform.
You have several options to find your contact. You can start by selecting a group first, use the search bar to enter the contact's name or number, or simply enter the number manually using the dial pad or your keyboard. Choose the method that is most convenient for you to quickly locate the desired contact within the SMS-iT platform.
Or use the Search Bar, entering either name or number.
Clicking on the contact will automatically populate their number into the dial pad, making it quick and convenient for you to initiate a call directly from the SMS-iT platform. This feature streamlines the calling process, allowing you to easily connect with your contacts with just a few clicks.
Alternatively, you can simply use the dial pad by entering the number manually, either by clicking on the internal dial pad or by typing the number using your keyboard.
Clicking the green phone icon will initiate a call to the number you've chosen, connecting you directly with the selected contact.
